This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Pebelles Boutique.

Purchasing: Hats, fascinators and headpieces are  personalised and designed according to clients request. The whole process is totally transparent from initial design to making. Each piece is handcrafted with care and great attention to detail,  for a beautiful finish. These bespoke custom creations are personalised for each client- if the hat is faulty it will be mended free of charge.

Delivery and Returns

Currently delivery is between 10-14 days

Bespoke pieces you will be advised of the lead time at time of purchase. 

Refunds must be communicated in writing to use within 48 hours and returned within 7 days, items must be in their original packaging  with label attached and sent back tracked, 

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail . 

Please be aware that for any item you order, you are liable for any import duty or taxes that our customs may apply. 

Currently we are unable to ship orders to outside of the UK

All orders require signing for as proof of delivery. 

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods Pebelles Boutique offer a 7 day return or exchange policy. 

Cancelling your order 

The United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Pebelles Boutique for a full refund. The exception is goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they have been personalised for the customer. 

How to return or Exchange an item by Royal Mail. 

Ensure you return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt, and in the original packaging with labels attached. 

Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of posting. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may with to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service for safety. 

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service. 

It is strongly advised that you keep hold of any tracking numbers that the post office may give you.

Transactions: Payment can be made via Pay pal, once a customer contract, for their order is complete. 

Pebelles will not reveal any information that you communicate to us. You should check this page regularly for any updates and changes to our customer policy.
